The Pre-Qualification process will allow for a soft-pull of the customer’s financing information, including the contract status of approval or denied, the customer’s tier, and the bid Foundation Finance Co. offers for that customer’s risk. Essentially, allowing you to get all the information that a formal application would give without the hard pull on the client or being halfway through the door on the deal.
